6. Audience measurement using anonymised data
The principle of anonymising data
Certain data relating to the User's hardware and software, which are not of a nature to identify the User, are collected when the User visits the public site.

The processing of data arising from the installation of this surveillance system is established on the basis of Article 6.1 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), "legitimate interest". The main features of the video surveillance system are as follows:
- Customers and occasional visitors to Mon Jardin S.A.R.L are liable to be filmed entering our premises.
- In the event of an incident, the images can be viewed by authorised company staff, law enforcement officers and system maintenance personnel.
- The images are kept for a maximum of one week. In the event of an incident, the images will be kept for a longer period while the procedures relating to the incident are settled.
